L'ARTE DECOR treats each order as if it is the only order, with speed and efficiency. That said, we can not always control the manufacturing process, back-orders, or shipping delays. Thus, we will fill your order as quickly as possible. We know you wouldn't be happy with anything less than that. From the minute we receive your order, we begin to make the appropriate preparations, including contacting our vendors, making shipping arrangements, and preparing your invoices and special paperwork. Many of our items are custom made and our vendors begin work on your special piece of furniture. Therefore, we must have a very strict order cancellation policy.
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 72 hours of placing the order with no charge. If your order was paid for using a credit charge, your card will be refunded the full amount. If you used another payment option, your refund will be issued by check within 14 business days. If you requested expedited shipping or processing of your order, the order may have already been shipped. In this case, no refunds will be provided.
After 72 hours, your order will have been processed and certain charges incurred. Therefore, we cannot issue full refunds or credits. Your refund amount would be calculated using the schedule below. Please note the time lines as these will be strictly adhered to.

*If item has been shipped, there can be no cancellations and customer will be responsible for the full payment amount.
