Exchanges for Damaged ItemsL'ARTE DECOR does not accept returns after the item has been received and held for more than 72 hours with no notification to L'ARTE DECOR by phone. If an item is received damaged, we will arrange for replacement of the item if we are notified by phone or email within 72 hours of receipt of the item. For fastest exchange, please note any damage on the shipping documents sent with the carrier. If significant damage is evident when the product is received, please inform the delivery agent immediately. The agent will advise you as to what your next steps should be. You MUST report damaged packaging or products with the carrier when the items are received.
Once an item has been accepted, L'ARTE DECOR
is unable to provide any refunds. |
